Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with half the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
3. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
5. Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
6. After 15 minutes, remove broccoli from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
7. Serve the roasted broccoli alongside the lemon chicken.
