Steps

1. In a bowl, combine chicken slices with grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Add red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion if desired. 7. Serve hot, ideally with steamed rice or noodles.
