Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey to make the glaze for the pork.
3. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the glaze all over the pork.
4. Bake the pork in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. While the pork is cooking, blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched broccoli, sliced pear, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
7. Once the pork is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into medallions.
8. Serve the ginger glazed pork medallions with the broccoli and pear salad on the side.
