Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the ginger glaze over the top, making sure to coat the entire fillet.
