Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Remove chicken and set aside.
5. In the same pan, add broccoli and red bell pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Return chicken to the pan, pour the sauce over, and stir well to coat everything evenly.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
8. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
