1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add grated ginger and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Add broccoli florets and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Mix honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken and vegetables. 6. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2 minutes. 7.
