Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the lobster shell and gently lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell. 3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. 4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture. 5. Place the lobster tail on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. 6. Remove from the oven and brush once more with the remaining garlic butter. 7. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
