Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breast to the skillet.
4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the chicken on a plate, drizzled with any remaining glaze, and garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy with cooked rice if desired.
