Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add broccoli and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
6. Add cooked rice and gluten-free soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
7. Slice the cooked chicken breast and add it back to the skillet.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
