
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add cooked rice and gluten-free soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Slice the cooked chicken breast and add it back to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
