Steps

Carefully slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket. 4. Stuff the chicken pocket with the grape and goat cheese mixture. 5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 6.
