Steps
1. In a small saucepan, combine the green apple juice, water, and lemon juice. Heat over medium until warm.
2. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the warm juice mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Once the gelatin is fully dissolved, stir in the honey or agave syrup until well combined.
4. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to enhance the color.
5. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or a shallow dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.
7. Once set, cut into cubes and enjoy your homemade gummy treats!
