1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and set aside. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 4. Slice the banana into thick rounds. 5. Thread the chicken and banana alternately onto the skewers. 6. Brush the skewers with the marinade mixture. 7.
