Grilled Corn and Shrimp Skewers

Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Remove husks and silk from the ear of corn, and cut it into 8 equal pieces. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Thread alternating pieces of corn and shrimp onto skewers. 5. Brush the skewers with the prepared marinade. 6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
