Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. 4. Place the marinated salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork. 5. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
