
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Place the marinated salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
