Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the trout fillet on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the top, pressing gently to adhere. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the trout is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
