Steps
1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the marinade.
5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Serve the grilled lemon herb chicken with your choice of side dishes or salads.
