Steps

1. Start by cooking the rice. Rinse the rice in cold water and drain. In a saucepan, combine the rice, water, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. 2. While the rice is cooking, prepare the butter chicken. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in the beer and let it simmer for a minute to cook off the alcohol. Add the butter and stir until melted and well combined. 4. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and return it to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is coated in the butter-beer sauce. 5. Serve the beer-infused butter chicken over the soy rice and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
