Grilled Mackerel with Lemon and Herbs

Steps

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Clean and gut the mackerel, then pat dry with paper towels. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. 4. Brush the mackerel generously with the lemon herb mixture, both inside and out. 5. Place the mackerel on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the flesh flakes easily with a fork. 6.
