1. Clean the octopus by removing the beak and ink sac, then rinse thoroughly under cold water. 2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the octopus and simmer for about 40 minutes, until tender. 3. Remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool slightly. Cut it into manageable pieces. 4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. 5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 6. Brush the octopus pieces with the marinade and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred. 7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and enjoy your grilled octopus.
