A delightful summer salad combining the sweetness of peaches with the saltiness of prosciutto, perfect for a light and refreshing meal.
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cut peach into wedges and grill for 2-3 minutes per side. 3. In a bowl, toss mixed greens with balsamic glaze. 4.
