Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Thread chicken and pineapple chunks alternately onto the soaked skewer.
4. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and pineapple is caramelized.
6. Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or salad.
