Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Thread chicken and pineapple chunks alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
5. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve warm with a side of steamed rice or salad.
