Steps
1. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Rub salmon filet with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Grill salmon for 4 minutes per side.
4. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, parsley, lemon juice and a bit of olive oil.
5. Top the grilled salmon fillet with the garlic sauce.
6. Serve while still warm.
