Steps
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
2. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil, salt and paprika and place it in the frying pan.
3. Fry the salmon for 4 minutes, turn it over and fry for another 4 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar and parsley.
5. Once the salmon is cooked, pour the garlic sauce over the salmon.
6. Serve the salmon with some freshly cooked vegetables.
