Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Slice baguette into thin slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
3. Brush the slices lightly with one tablespoon of olive oil.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, until lightly toasted.
5. Meanwhile, heat remaining three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Season mushrooms with salt and add the parsley and rosemary.
8. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
9. Remove from heat and spoon mushroom mixture over the toasted baguette slices.
10. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
