Grilled Squid with Garlic and Parsley   

This delicious main dish is a great way to enjoy squid. Grilled to perfection and flavored with garlic and parsley, it will be a hit at any dinner table!

1. Rinse the squid and pat dry with a paper towel. 2. Cut the squid into thin strips and place in a bowl. 3. Add the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix together. 4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Add the squid and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Serve hot.

- 1 squid - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 teaspoon of parsley, finely chopped - Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
