Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
3. Drizzle the salmon fillet with olive oil and squeeze half of the lemon juice over it.
4. Place the salmon fillet on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the lemon dill sauce. In a small bowl, combine the remaining lemon juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
6. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
7. Serve the grilled salmon with the lemon dill sauce on top.
