
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the salmon fillet with olive oil and squeeze half of the lemon juice over it.
- Place the salmon fillet on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is grilling, prepare the lemon dill sauce. In a small bowl, combine the remaining lemon juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled salmon with the lemon dill sauce on top.
