Grilled Squid with Lemon Herb Sauce

Steps

1. Clean the squid by removing the head, tentacles, and innards. Rinse thoroughly. 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. 4. Brush the squid with the lemon herb sauce, making sure to coat both sides. 5. Place the squid on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it is opaque and slightly charred. 6. Remove the squid from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. 7. Slice the squid into rings and serve hot with the remaining lemon herb sauce on the side.
