Steps

2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the potato cubes to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the garlic and Parmesan mixture.
