Steps

1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. 4. Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Pour in the soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine. 6. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
