Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the cod fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the cod, then press the herb mixture on top of the fillet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
