Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 4. Press the herb mixture onto the top of the fish fillet. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. 6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
