Steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, and dill. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the salmon. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
