Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the herb mixture over the beef tenderloin, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  6. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the beef tenderloin with arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese.
