Steps

1. Peel and chop the potato into small cubes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. 2. Mince the garlic and mix with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the turkey steak with the herb and oil mixture. 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the turkey steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. 5. Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, milk, and minced garlic until smooth. 6. Serve the turkey steak hot with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.
