Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breast with this mixture.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. In a separate bowl, combine cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Serve the grilled chicken on a plate, topped with the quinoa salad, and garnish with fresh parsley.
