Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with your favorite spices and place it on a baking sheet.
3. Cut the potato into chunks and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet around the chicken.

5. While the chicken and potatoes are roasting, sauté the zucchini, green onions, carrots, bell pepper, red onion, and minced garlic in a pan until tender.
