Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the herb mixture all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it is well coated.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the rabbit leg for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Transfer the rabbit leg to a baking dish, pour the lemon juice and chicken broth around it.
6. Cover the dish with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes to crisp the skin.
