1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a paste. 3. Rub the herb paste all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it is well-coated. 4. In a baking dish, arrange the sliced carrot and diced potato as a bed for the rabbit. 5. Place the rabbit leg on top of the vegetables and pour the vegetable broth around it. 6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. 7.
