Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub this mixture all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it is well coated. 4. Place the rabbit leg in a baking dish and surround it with the diced carrot and zucchini. 5. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the rabbit is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. 7.
