Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and sage to create a herb rub.
3. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
