Steps
1. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add the Oxo cube, Knorr cube, and Bovril, stirring until dissolved.
3. Add the mixed green vegetables and simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender.
4. While the vegetables cook, grill or steam the chicken breast and set aside.
5. Soft-boil the eggs in a separate pot for about 6-7 minutes, then cool and peel.
6. Once the vegetables are cooked, season the broth with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
7. To serve, place the grilled chicken in a bowl, pour the consommé over it, and add the soft-boiled eggs.
8. Serve with a side of sugar-free jelly for dessert.
