
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken thigh, skin-side down. Sear for about 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the chicken, pour the honey garlic mixture over the top, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
