Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken thigh, skin-side down. Sear for about 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
5. Flip the chicken, pour the honey garlic mixture over the top, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
7. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
