Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. While the chicken marinates, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they soften.
4. Add the cooked beans to the skillet with the mushrooms, stirring gently to combine and heat through. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
5. In a separate pan, cook the marinated chicken over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
6. Once the chicken is done, slice it and serve it on a plate alongside the beans and mushrooms. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
