Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
5. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute before slicing.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
