Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the glaze all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it's well coated.
4. Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
