Steps
1. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 3 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Drizzle in the honey and add the thyme.
4. Season with salt and pepper, then add the water to the skillet.
5. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the carrots are tender and glazed.
6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
