Steps
1. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin rounds.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 2 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Pour in the honey and water, and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
