Steps
1. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin rounds.
2. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Stir in the honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the water to the pan, cover, and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
