Steps
1. Score the skin of the duck breast and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the duck breast skin-side down for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
5. Flip the duck breast and brush the honey mixture on top.
6. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting with the glaze until cooked to your liking.
7. Let the duck breast rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
